I'm a digital strategy and user-centred design veteran, with a focus on integrating service experiences, building and enabling digital teams.
I want to work with progressive clients that put customers first, to transform their business in a time of inevitable digital disruption.
Over the years work I've been a part of has received top honours for work from some of the digital industry’s most coveted awards, including D&AD pencils, several W3s including a W3 Best in Show for Golf Night Driving and a Cannes Gold Lion for Monopoly Live.
Most recently I was at FCV as VP of Customer Experience, I started the user-centred design practice and built a team that's now almost 20-strong including dedicated Transformation, UX, Research, Service Design teams, delivering increasingly large and complex multi-channel projects for clients across North America.
